Here is your original post, and two of the mods answered on it for ya. They think it's when you are going to the blog page, if so then you put your username and your email, but for answering other posts in a thread on the other pages, you just need to scroll down and start typing. If your still having a problem, let me know, and I'll get someone to give ya a hand. I'm not too computer savvy. But any other help on here you need, just give a shout.
